One Road, One Book
This Web site highlights the book, The Lincoln Highway: Coast to Coast from Times Square to the Golden Gate, The Great American Road Trip by Michael Wallis with photographs by Michael S. Williamson, published in 2007 in New York by W. W. Norton & Co. Included in this section are events related to the book's release, very short summaries of the chapters, discussion questions to get people thinking about what the book describes, and a listing of other books about the Lincoln Highway. Anyone can use these materials, especially those who might be discussing the book for a book club.

If your library or organization is hosting a special event about the book by Michael Wallis or any other event related to the Lincoln Highway, I would love to hear from you! Please feel free to send an e-mail message to: firstname.lastname@example.org.
The Wallis and Williamson book describes the Lincoln Highway in the context of American culture, complete with places of interest, places to stay, and of course, road food! It is meant to be fun and it may give families the idea to take a cross-country trip. I hope you enjoy the book as much as I did!
